Becoming a NAR member was a decision I never second-guessed. I pride myself on my ability to respond quickly and have my clients always feel like a top priority, whether during or after their transaction. I have been in real estate since 2008, have my Managing Brokers license, am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and a Real Estate Divorce Specialist. In 2015, I started The Casselyn Group, a team of like-minded agents and admin to help facilitate our clients even more thoroughly than before. I am also one of the team leaders for the Signature Homes team at Compass, helping assist all of our Signature Homes agents to be the best they can be.
I received the National Association of Realtors® 30 Under 30 for 2014 (an honor only given to 30 agents in the country per year), the Five Star Professional award in Chicago Magazine for October 2011 to 2026 (an award given to less than 1% of agents nationally), Compass Legends Society Agent 2022-2026, Compass Top 100 (an award for the top 100 teams in the country), Compass Top 20 Transactions and Volume 2023-2025 in Western Suburbs, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Top 2% of Agents in 2024 & 2025, as well as a Top Producer in the area.
Casselyn is the team lead for The Casselyn Group, as well as one of the team leads for the Signature Homes Group amassing an annual sales volume of $165m+.
Casselyn attended The University of Iowa in 2006 and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Business Entrepreneurship. She was the coxswain for the men's rowing team and helped start the Hawkeye Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club.
After graduation, I eventually moved back to the Chicagoland area, where I settled into the suburbs, met my husband and had two sons, all while actively expanding her real estate business. Casselyn is also active in local charities, from being on the Executive Board for the Clarendon Hills Infant Welfare Society (a charity which supports the Angel Harvey Family Health Center in Chicago), as well as the Executive Board of her children's school PTO, and other local charitable organizations.
